Information phones and e-mails

The information phones will not work and the customer support will not serve by e-mail on Thursday, 20 August 2020 because of the Day of the Restoration of Independence.

Prices for information line calls are packet-based.

On calling from abroad to the information lines you should dial the Estonian area code +372 at the front of the number.

You can phone to our Skype account only, we do not reply to text messages.
 

If you make a call, then:

  • to ensure better service phone calls are recorded
  • if it is necessary to gather information for the reply, we shall take your contact details and agree to a call-back time

It is possible to choose whether you want Estonian or Russian to be your language of communication when calling to the information lines. If possible we also serve in some other language.

We have introduced an authentication service. This service allows you to use either Mobile-ID or Smart-ID for personal identification before or during a call. If you choose Smart-ID as the method of authentication, you need to provide your personal ID code. In case of Mobile-ID, both your mobile phone number and personal ID code are necessary. Identifying yourself allows us to offer you a more personalised consultation in a quick and convenient manner.

Only those customers that have authenticated themselves can receive information subject to tax secrecy over the telephone. The authenticated customer is allowed to receive his or her information subject to tax secrecy and also the information subject to tax secrecy of the persons he or she represents within the limits of the authorisation in force. Customers that do not authenticate themselves are not allowed to receive information subject to tax secrecy over the telephone.
 

If you send an e-mail, then:

  • we will answer you as soon as possible, but not later than within five working days

  • if it is necessary to gather information for the reply, we shall answer at the latest within 30 calendar days
  • please add your contact phone number to your e-mail
  • if you want to send Excel or Word files as attachments, please attach them in *.docx or *.xlsx format (not in the previous version in *.doc or *.xls format)

Information subject to tax secrecy is issued by e-mail only if the e-mail is sent in an encrypted form.
