Nearly 1.3 billion euros in tax revenue collected in May

According to the Estonian Tax and Customs Board (ETCB), close to 1.3 billion euros in tax revenue was collected for the state budget in May, which is 43,7 million euros more than a year earlier. Tax revenue increased mainly due to higher receipts from value added tax (VAT) and social tax.
