In all the most commonly used browsers, it is possible to increase or decrease the font size by holding down Ctrl (Cmd in the OS X operating system) and pressing either + or -. Another convenient option is to use the mouse: hold down the Ctrl key and move the scroll wheel at the same time. You can return to normal size by pressing Ctrl and 0 at the same time.

Document register
Documents drawn up or received in the course of the activities of the Estonian Tax and Customs Board can be accessed through a common public document register of agencies within the area of government of the Ministry of Finance.
An authorisation is a collection of rights within the limits of which a representative may act on behalf of a principal. It is essential for the Estonian Tax and Customs Board that the content of an authorisation would be understandable and the person granting the authorisation and authorised person would be identifiable. An authorisation may be granted orally or in written form (by a power of attorney).
