Border Crossing Points and Customs Offices designated for import and export of specimens of threatened or endangered species of fauna and flora

According to the Council Regulation (EC) No 338/97 of 9 December 1996 on the protection of species of wild fauna and flora by regulating trade therein (OJ No L 061 03.03.1997, p 1), the checks of the compliance with the requirements of the introduction of specimens of the species listed in Annexes A to D into, and the export thereof from the European Union shall take place at the border crossing points designated with this regulation.
